About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Motor Vehicle Body Repair-Painter to join our team at 8015988 CANADA INC. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Workspace

Ensure a safe and organized work environment by cleaning and maintaining your workspace.

  • Replace Front End Components

Replace front end components, body components, doors, and frame and underbody components to ensure a seamless repair.

  • Prepare Surfaces for Painting

Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting to achieve a flawless finish.

  • Repair and Refinish

Hammer out dents, buckles, and defects using blocks and hammers, and apply primers and repaint surfaces to restore the vehicle's original appearance.

  • Repair or Replace Interior Components

Repair or replace interior components, including damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs, to ensure a safe and comfortable driving experience.

  • Mix and Apply Paint

Mix paint, blend, and match colors to achieve a precise match for the vehicle's original finish.

  • Operate Equipment

Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents, and seams, and straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.

  • Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.

  • Language

Fluency in English.

  • Work Hours

35 hours per week.
