Microsoft Business Solutions Team

Our client's team is a Microsoft Gold Partner and leader in implementing Microsoft software for medium to large organisations. They help clients navigate the ever-changing digital world by implementing Microsoft's M365, Azure, ERP, and Customer Engagement (CE) software from the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) software line.

Role Overview

This is a key role in our client's customer delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. It's a dynamic and exciting opportunity to join a rapidly developing business area within a leading global firm.

Responsibilities

  • Organise workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with clients, stakeholders, and teams
  • Work with the engagement team and clients to gather requirements and determine expectations
  • Interface with team members and the Solution Architect to ensure the CRM solution meets client needs
  • Lead solution design and create documentation
  • Deliver high-quality business and software solutions and services to clients, ensuring best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards
  • Contribute to activities such as building demo and proof of concept solutions for client presentations
  • Support practice development activities like defining and configuring industry-specific solutions
  • Develop and mentor junior team members
  • Support people management, career progression, performance assessment, and management

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) are highly desirable
  • Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM across various industries and sectors
  • Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in CRM configuration, standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and standard reports development
  • Strong exposure to presales, conducting interviews, mentoring, and designing applications using Power Platform
