Critical Role for Dynamics CRM Expert

We are looking for a talented Dynamics CRM Techno Functional Consultant to join our client's Microsoft Business Solutions team in Malta. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 centred solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CE solutions to meet our clients' needs.
  • Interface effectively with our consulting team to deliver high-quality business and software solutions.
  • Ensure that all consultancy and configuration work is delivered according to our project methodology.
  • Maximise usage of out-of-the-box features and develop solution approaches for identified gaps.

Requirements

  • A University graduate with a relevant degree in a computing or business discipline.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications (2016, D365) are desirable.
  • Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM covering a wide spectrum of industries and sectors.
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant and proven end-to-end implementation experience in Dynamics CRM configuration, customization, standard or customized workflows, dashboards, forms, views, integration, plugin development, report development.
