Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Manager to join our Talent and Culture Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and develop strategic solutions.
- Designing and implementing leadership development programs that drive business results.
- Building and executing coaching and development solutions that enhance leadership capabilities.
- Contributing to the management of the Firm's leadership assessment and 360 survey strategy and process.
- Developing and tracking KPIs for leadership development solutions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Your Experience and Education
We are seeking a professional with:
- 8+ years of leadership development, executive development, and coaching experience in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- 8+ years of executing talent management strategies, including leadership development solutions for leaders at every level.
- A Master's degree in Leadership Development or a related field.
- Completion of an ICF Accredited Coach Certification Program.
- Practical experience in strategic talent management, including succession management, career development, leadership development, and coaching.
