Leadership Development Manager

About the Role
BDO is seeking an experienced Leadership Development Manager to join our Talent and Culture Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying leadership development needs, developing and tracking KPIs, and building and executing leadership development solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and develop proposals to meet those needs.
- Develop and track KPIs for leadership development solutions, including high potential programs, career development programs, mentoring programs, coaching programs, and executive development programs.
- Build and execute leadership development and coaching solutions, including succession management and leadership assessment and 360 survey strategy and process.
- Consult on firm priorities that include a leadership development and coaching dimension.
What We're Looking For
- You have 8+ years of leadership development, executive development, and coaching experience in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- You have a Master's degree in Leadership Development or a related field and an ICF Accredited Coach Certification.
- You have strong project management expertise, coaching, group facilitation, and presentation skills.
- You have a proven ability to lead a team and develop trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
- You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a growth mindset.
