Your Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Leadership Development Manager to join our Talent and Culture Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with senior stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and opportunities.
- Developing and implementing proposals to meet leadership development needs, including high-potential programs, career development initiatives, and executive development programs.
- Designing and executing leadership development solutions, including coaching, mentoring, and training programs.
- Conducting leadership assessments and 360-degree feedback surveys to inform talent management decisions.
- Developing and implementing succession management processes to ensure the continued growth and development of our leaders.
- Building and executing communication plans to promote leadership development initiatives and engage stakeholders.
- Providing coaching and guidance to leaders at all levels to support their growth and development.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in leadership development, executive coaching, and talent management. You will have:
- 8+ years of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and talent management in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective leadership development solutions that drive business results.
- Strong coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate leaders at all levels.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
