Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the London Drugs team as an Omni-Channel Fulfillment Associate. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations across our omni-channel store and eCommerce platforms.

About the Role

This fast-paced position will involve working both independently and as part of a team to ensure that online orders placed on LondonDrugs.com are picked from store shelves and prepared for customer and delivery driver pick-up in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers through various channels.
  • Process and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to order fulfillment and customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends.
