About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Your Choice Mobile Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Process Payments through various methods, including cash, cheques, credit, and debit cards.
  • Scan Items quickly and accurately, ensuring that customers receive their purchases correctly.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service, greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor Store Operations, ensuring that all entrances and exits are secure and that customers are aware of payment requirements.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 Years of Retail Experience, with a focus on customer service and sales.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
  • Team Player with excellent communication skills.
  • Availability to Work 35 Hours per Week, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
