Client Service Supervisor

Closing the Gap Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of services provided by our care providers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and organize projects within the support workers team
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN or RPN
- Leadership experience in community care in Mississauga, Halton, and Central West regions
- Ability to drive and handle supervisory client visits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
