Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and organize projects within the support workers team
Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring high-quality care and services are delivered to clients
Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and client satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
Current registration and good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario, as an RN or RPN
Leadership experience in community care, preferably in Mississauga, Halton, and Central West regions
Ability to drive and handle supervisory client visits
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
