  • Dishwashing Operations: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Storage and Organization: Place dishes in storage areas, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Hand Washing and Sanitizing: Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing Kitchen: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment.
  • Garbage and Trash Removal: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
