The Dishwasher Role at THE WINGS ON FLAME RESTAURANT LTD.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment to the highest standards.
  • Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure efficient and effective cleaning.
  • Store cleaned items in a clean and organized manner.
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, and appliances.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure the area is kept clean and tidy.
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

  • Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition.
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees.
Support for Youths:
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for youth.
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers.
Support for Visible Minorities:
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.

This is a permanent position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
