Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Agent to join our Cloud Delivery team at Blue Ocean Contact Centers Inc. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be responsible for analyzing and performing quality control validations to ensure products are delivered on time and according to standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and perform quality control validations to ensure products are delivered on time and according to standards.
  • Monitor ongoing work and collaborate with other teams to provide input relating to your area of work.
  • Monitor long-running customer orders and communicate with internal cloud owners to coordinate extensions or shutdowns.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot in a technical environment.
  • Education in a technology-related field is not required, but an aptitude and interest in the world of tech is an asset.
  • Demonstrated success in following complex processes and procedures, while staying meticulous about details.
  • Proven ability to convey complex ideas simply and clearly (both verbally and in written communications) to a professional business environment.
