Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Signing Agent to join our team. As a Signing Agent, you will be responsible for witnessing and certifying the validity of signatures on mortgage and legal documents, ensuring that all procedures are followed to meet lender requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact borrowers via telephone to arrange signing meetings and clarify expectations.
  • Witness and certify signatures on documents, verifying ID and ensuring compliance with lender requirements.
  • Meet with borrowers at their convenience and return signed documentation to FCT.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handling queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a quick learner, taking initiative and being proactive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Have experience in the lending or legal industry, with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Be reliable, with access to a vehicle and reliable internet/email, printer, and cell phone.
