Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the product delivery process.
- Lead and mentor a team of contract manufacturing managers and product delivery managers to ensure efficient operations and alignment with business goals.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
