As a key member of our team, the Multi-Service Center Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our multi-service center.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and business partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Quality Monitoring: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in customer service and physical locations, ensuring a positive experience for all.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and partners, increasing business opportunities and revenue.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure success.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate events, activities, and promotions to engage residents and business partners, fostering a sense of community and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing business decisions and strategies.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma with experience in sales and customer service.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualifications: Holds a valid driver's license and has experience in personnel management (asset).
