Job Description

The Fleet Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our fleet of vehicles. This includes managing maintenance activities, cost control, and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full fleet of primary and secondary equipment to achieve market-based profitability.
  • Conduct fleet evaluations to ensure maintenance standards are met.
  • Review capital equipment requisitions in line with Corporate guidelines and objectives.
  • Ensure vehicle management systems are effectively utilized.
  • Meet all financial review dates and corporate directed programs in a timely fashion.
  • Assist in creating a positive team-oriented environment through employee development and motivation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of previous experience in fleet management or a related field.
  • Bilingual skills (French and English) spoken and written.
