Overview

The TD Bank Group Financial Crimes Risk Management Department is responsible for Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing regulatory compliance and prudential risk management across the TD footprint.

Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Senior Analyst in the FCRM Issues Management Procedures team, you will provide research, analytical, and operational process support to ensure adherence to enterprise requirements. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data analysis and issues management reporting to senior management and internal/external partners
  • Implementation of FCRM Issues Management Procedures and related processes
  • Drafting summaries, reports, and presentations for periodic updates
  • Supporting quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting statistics and trending analysis
  • Monitoring and reviewing Operational Risk Management (QA/QC) Issues process and scorecard
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in risk management, governance, compliance, AML, and issues management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reporting for senior management audiences
  • Advanced knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
