We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Apply the nursing process to support clients/residents/patients in achieving and maintaining their optimum level of health.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Participate in ongoing education and maintain competency congruent with Southern Health-Santé Sud policies and professional standards.
- Current active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba/College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses and the scope of practice as defined by the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Knowledge of Professional Standards of Practice, and Code of Ethics.
