About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing banking solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Achieve assigned goals and business objectives through the promotion of banking solutions and the completion of business processes.
- Build strong relationships with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.
Requirements:
- High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.
- A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented.
- A dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills.
