Drive Business Growth with Flexstaf IT

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Flexstaf IT. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing lapsed accounts and acquiring new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and re-engage lapsed accounts while acquiring new business.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through new customer acquisition and account expansion.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) as required by client and company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management or business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with Managed Services is a must.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.
