About the Role

We are seeking a visionary leader to join our team as a Director, Business Development. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and executing account plans, managing sales activity, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and expansion
  • Manage individual sales activity and performance in our CRM system
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to RFPs and creating proposals and presentations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion
Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and marketing
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with technology, business models, and trends across a wide spectrum of technical solution offerings for enterprises
  • Experience with evangelizing transformational ideas and building a vision for large enterprise clients
