Job Title: Assistant Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Professor to join our faculty team at the University of Toronto Scarborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the area of Operations Management and Analytics.

About the Position

This is a full-time tenure stream position with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2025. The successful candidate will be expected to pursue innovative and independent research, and to establish an outstanding, competitive, and externally funded research program.

Responsibilities
  • Teach and mentor students in the area of Operations Management and Analytics
  • Pursue innovative and independent research
  • Establish an outstanding, competitive, and externally funded research program
  • Contribute to the development of the Department of Management at the University of Toronto Scarborough
Requirements

The successful candidate will have a PhD degree in Operations Management, Operations Research, Analytics, or a closely related field. They will also have a demonstrated record of excellence in research and teaching, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
