Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary:

  • Provide comprehensive assessments and treatment plans for clients with mental health and addiction issues
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Administer medications and provide supportive counseling to clients
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Licensed Practical Nursing with pharmacological training
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the Province of Saskatchewan
  • Recent clinical experience in mental health and addiction treatment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
