Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team at CB Canada in Calgary. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees.


About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Payroll Specialist, union experience being considered an asset. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process high-volume payroll for 250+ employees
  • Payroll reconciliations and benefit administration
  • Prepare T4's and ROE's
  • Process employee expenses, vacation accruals, bonuses, and LOA's
  • Establish and maintain accurate employee records
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required
