At Alludo, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way we work with data. As a Senior Manager, Data Science, you'll play a critical role in driving our analytical capabilities forward.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who can facilitate the advancement of our data science capabilities. You'll work closely with our Data and MarTech leaders to select the right tools and define processes that support our experimentation strategy.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of data scientists to investigate complex issues and uncover key drivers of our business
  • Partnering with leadership across the organization to adopt quantitative analysis and present data-driven insights
  • Influencing marketing, sales, finance, and product strategy with actionable recommendations based on data
  • Driving measurement strategy across various departments to build a data-driven decision culture
  • Providing insights to help business and product leaders understand marketplace dynamics, user behaviors, and long-term trends

We're looking for someone with a strong track record of delivering impactful analyses and a deep understanding of data analytics. If you have:

  • 1+ years of experience managing a team of data scientists
  • A degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar domain
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative role
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional working skills
  • Experience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, and more
