At Alludo, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and technology. As a Senior Manager, Data Science, you'll play a key role in driving our analytical capabilities forward. We're looking for a hands-on leader to facilitate the advancement of our data science team and help us make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of data scientists to investigate complex issues, define key metrics, and uncover key drivers of our business
  • Partner with leadership across the organization to adopt quantitative analysis and present data insights to inform business decisions
  • Influence marketing, sales, finance, and product strategy by making actionable recommendations based on data
  • Drive measurement strategy across various departments to build a data-driven decision culture within the company
  • Work closely with data and MarTech leaders to facilitate tool selection and process definition to support our experimentation strategy
  • Provide insights to help business and product leaders understand marketplace dynamics, user behaviors, and long-term trends
  • Develop data models that reflect ambiguous business needs
What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ years of experience managing a team of data scientists, with a track record of delivering impactful analyses
  • A degree in math, physics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a similar domain
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative role
  • The ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional working skills, including the ability to present complex findings to non-technical audiences and influence strategic decisions
  • Experience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc.
  • Expertise in SQL queries, ETL, A/B testing, and statistical analysis with statistical packages like Matlab, R, SAS, or Python
  • Proficiency in one or more analytics and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI
