Beauty Product Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Beauty Product Expert to join our team at Chatters. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, promoting our beauty products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on beauty products to customers, ensuring they find the perfect product for their needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our beauty products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of the store.
- Coach and train the sales team to achieve sales targets, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products, trends, and technologies.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives, working closely with the management team to drive business growth.
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the beauty industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
