Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, managing store operations, and driving sales growth. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer receives an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that the store operates within budget.
- Ensure that the store is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets company standards.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
The position requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting moderately heavy items. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
