About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Chatters Mic Mac Mall Retail Salon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase customer loyalty.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales consultants to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Manage and maintain a clean and organized salon environment, ensuring high standards of customer service and product presentation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and support the overall success of the salon.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional with a passion for beauty and customer service. You will have a proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in sales, customer service, and team management. You will be a strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
