Job Title: Accounting and Financial Control Chief

Join CANADA LTD as we seek an experienced Accounting and Financial Control Chief to lead our financial operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign financial projects and activities to workers to improve business decisions
  • Coordinate financial operations and budget activities to optimize financial performance
  • Direct staff and evaluate daily operations
  • Motivate staff and plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Review budgets and financial reports for specific projects
  • Train staff and establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Design and manage investment strategies and monitor financial control systems
  • Manage contracts and oversee the collection and analysis of financial data
  • Advise senior management and lead groups
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Business intelligence, Hyperion, GAAP Software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, PeopleSoft, SAP, Visual Basic, MS Project, and MS Windows skills
  • Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, large caseload, and large workload
  • Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, values and ethics, and flexibility
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language
