Job Overview

This is a permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week, Sunday to Saturday, every other weekend, with variable hours as needed between 6:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dining Room Operations: Plan and direct activities related to dining room service, ensuring smooth meal service and maintaining outstanding customer service.
  • Team Leadership: Manage the dining room staff, promoting good teamwork and collaboration with kitchen employees.
  • Resident Care: Greet residents in the dining room, ensure their comfort, and participate in table service with waiters.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of the dining room by taking on household chores, collaborating with the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Maitre D's responsibilities, health and safety standards in the dining room.
