We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Richeloises residence. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, including cleaning entryways and common areas, performing floor maintenance duties, and carrying out regular maintenance tasks.

Requirements
- 1 year of relevant experience in maintenance or a related field
