Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Chopped Leaf. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and provide diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
