Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to join our team at Braven. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including food and beverage preparation, service, and maintenance of high standards.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve profitability.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial stability.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
