We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Red Rock Urban BBQ. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest quality standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure consistency and quality.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to changing priorities.
