We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Red Rock Urban BBQ. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to meet the needs of our customers.
- Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served to the highest standards.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by cleaning and maintaining all kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
