About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Ramona's Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is of the highest quality and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and ensure that all food is handled and presented in a safe and hygienic manner.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared and served on time, and that the kitchen is run efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, and requires attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
