Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Cap-City Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, ensuring our outdoor spaces are always looking their best.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
  • Estimate labour and materials required for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative walls, and other outdoor features.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and logs of work completed, including materials used and labour hours.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a regular schedule of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
