Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Supervisor to join our team at Cap-City Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, ensuring the highest quality of work and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance to ensure the upkeep of our properties and the satisfaction of our clients.
  • Plan and estimate labour and materials to ensure efficient use of resources and effective project management.
  • Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls to meet the needs of our clients and exceed their expectations.
  • Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Maintain work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies to ensure timely delivery and effective project management.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality to ensure the success of our projects.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and effective project management.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and communicate with clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Own transportation to travel to job sites.
