About the Role

MEDICARE STAFFING SOLUTION INC is seeking a skilled Nurse Aide to join our team. As a Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Patient Care: Provide basic care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities.
  • Support Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure patient safety by maintaining a clean and organized environment, and reporting any concerns or incidents to supervisors.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week
