Job Summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly experienced High Rise Site Superintendent to lead our construction projects in the Hamilton area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our high-rise projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Management

Assure that projects are completed according to design and specifications, meeting deadlines and budgets.

Health and Safety

Ensure a safe working environment on site, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

Progress Reporting

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to key stakeholders, highlighting project milestones and any challenges encountered.

Site Management

Supervise site staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure effective communication among team members.

Inspections and Quality Control

Coordinate all relevant inspections and ensure that the project meets the required quality standards.

Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced Site Superintendent with a strong background in multistory construction. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 9 years of experience working in the multistory environment as a Site Superintendent.
  • Preference for having led a project full cycle.
  • Strong experience in scheduling, supervising trades, evaluating labor requirements, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and problem solve.
  • Excellent understanding of laws and regulations surrounding residential construction in the province of Ontario.

What We Offer

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions offers a competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000, plus a vehicle allowance and benefits package.
