The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading testing efforts for complex systems, with a strong focus on software quality assurance principles and practices. They will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing comprehensive test strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage testing efforts for multiple projects, aligning with business objectives and quality standards
  • Design, plan, and execute comprehensive test strategies, scenarios, scripts, and procedures
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to facilitate defect resolution and issue tracking
  • Develop and implement automated testing strategies using tools like Selenium WebDriver
  • Perform back-end API testing with POSTMAN and SoapUI, and database verification using SQL in Oracle 19c environments

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on leading testing efforts and ensuring quality standards
  • Proficient in developing and managing automated testing strategies, with hands-on experience using tools like Selenium WebDriver
  • Advanced skills in back-end API testing, database verification, and Identity & Access Management frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and related tools
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills
