Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. o/a Circle K Convenient Store and Gas station.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the work of sales floor staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
- Order Merchandise: Source and purchase merchandise to meet customer demand and maintain an attractive store display.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process customer returns and exchanges in a fair and timely manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and promote sales through effective merchandising and display techniques.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Permanent employment.
- English language proficiency.
- 40 hours per week.
