Senior Executive Compensation Consultant

At Sun Life Financial, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Total Rewards group, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our executive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to design and administer executive compensation programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to analyze market competitiveness and provide data-driven insights to inform compensation decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including executives, HR, and finance teams, to ensure seamless execution of compensation programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in executive compensation, and apply this knowledge to drive innovative solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on total rewards and executive compensation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with experience in creating complex spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Experience with HR information systems, such as Workday, and ability to extract data for analysis.
