Liquor Store Team Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Riverside Liquor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor sales environment
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language required
