Store Operations Manager

- At BlueHills Harvesting, we are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with experience in directing and controlling daily operations, evaluating daily operations, and planning and organizing daily operations.
- Key responsibilities will include managing staff and assigning duties, studying market research and trends to determine consumer demand, and implementing price and credits policies.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for locating, selecting, and procuring merchandise for resale, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and planning budgets and monitoring revenues and expenses.
- Additionally, the Store Operations Manager will be responsible for determining staffing requirements, resolving issues that may arise, and recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.
- Key skills and qualifications include creativity, efficiency, energetic, integrity, positive attitude, proactive, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, judgement, organized, team player, and ability to multitask.
- The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and will be proficient in point of sale systems, word processing software, inventory control software, electronic mail, and spreadsheets.
- The work environment will be fast-paced with tight deadlines, and the successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- The Store Operations Manager will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people and will be required to work 40 hours per week.
- Other benefits include permanent employment, English as the primary language of work, and 40 hours per week of work.
