Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at BlueHills Harvesting. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our retail store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Direct and control daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Evaluate daily operations and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including managing staff, inventory, and supplies.
- Manage staff and assign duties, providing coaching and training to ensure excellent customer service.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Implement price and credits policies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring high-quality products and competitive pricing.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and in-store promotions.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Determine staffing requirements, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to improve employee performance.
- 3-4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of success in managing staff, controlling daily operations, and implementing marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
