Store Manager

BlueHills Harvesting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, managing staff, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and control store expenses, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, as well as conduct performance reviews and develop succession plans.
- 3-4 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
