We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Lounge Sixty. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Food Sourcing and Inventory Management

Source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory to ensure that our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.

Quality Control and Assurance

Inspect and taste dishes to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Staff Management and Development

Manage the performance and development of our kitchen staff, including training and coaching to ensure that they are equipped to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a high-volume kitchen.

Certifications and Licenses

A valid Food Safety Certificate is required.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
